Destination Davos Klosters regularly organizes competitions on online media platforms and is responsible for their implementation. The competitions are not sponsored, supported or organized in any way by Facebook, Instagram or other platforms. Destination Davos Klosters is the sole contact person and responsible party.
- Employees of Destination Davos Klosters or of third-party companies involved in the respective competition (as well as their relatives) are excluded from participation.**
- Comments that violate the guidelines of the social media platforms, Swiss law and/or copyright will be removed without notice after becoming aware of them. The participant is thus excluded from winning.
- Unless otherwise stated, the competition begins with the publication of the post and ends at midnight 7 days later at the latest.
- The prizes to be won and the rules of the respective competition (in particular the necessary participation action) are stated in the respective posting.
- Prizes that are not claimed by the winners immediately after the draw (or by a possibly stated or obvious fixed date) will be forfeited without replacement.
- The winners will be contacted via Facebook, Instagram or other electronic means of communication and are only entitled to receive the prize if they provide their contact details and accept the conditions of participation.
- There will be no cash payment and legal recourse is excluded.
