Surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery, you strengthen your body and let your mind come to rest.
Everyone is very welcome to enjoy this special experience on the Madrisa, whether simply curious, beginner or advanced practitioner.
Material: participants bring along their own yoga mats
Clothing: casual and comfortable sports clothing
Participation: from age 14, a minimum of 3 participants is required
